Job summary

Green.com.au is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join our Operations team in North Sydney. You will be the go-to for customers navigating Solar, Battery and EV Charging systems, diagnosing issues and guiding post-sale queries to real resolutions.

You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and installers, maintain accurate CRM records and process warranty claims, turning frustration into satisfaction in a fast-growing, purpose-driven company.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused problem solver with strong communication skills.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls.
• Familiar with CRM systems and data accuracy.
• Willingness to work in an office-based role in North Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of service to customers on every call.
