Job summary

Harvey Norman Commercial is seeking a Solar Operations and Scheduling Coordinator for our Solar team in Sydney, based at Taren Point. The role involves coordinating installation schedules, liaising with customers and installers, and managing project workflows to ensure high-quality solar installations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with customers, installers, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Confirm customer order details, system specifications, and site information prior to scheduling.
• Coordinate installations with installers, site supervisors and internal teams.
• Liaise with site supervisors and confirm delivery dates.
• Arrange product deliveries to site or warehouse as per installation requirements.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate job records in Simpro.
• Coordinate pre-installation approvals including grid connection applications.
