Job summary

Nectr Solar & Battery is hiring an Operations Manager – Administration to oversee daily office functions and support the solar installations team. You will manage invoicing activities, coordinate scheduling, and ensure strong communication across the installation, C&I, Sales and admin groups.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in solar industry operations and administration, with proven team leadership. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role.

• Experience in solar industry operations and administration.
• Ability to coordinate office activities and support solar installations teams.
• Strong scheduling, documentation and communication skills.
• Proven team supervision and people management ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure customer support delivers high-quality, timely responses.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation and communication for the solar installations team.
• Foster collaboration between installation, C&I, Sales and admin teams.
• Supervise the Solar administration team and support functions.
• Minimum 1-2 years of team management experience.
