Job summary

Hills Natural Solar Pty Ltd is seeking an organised coordinator to manage scheduling for customer installations and site visits in Sydney’s Hills District. The role requires coordinating installation teams and daily schedules while keeping customers informed with timely updates.

You will act as the key contact for customers throughout scheduling and after installation, ensuring smooth communication with sales, administration and installation teams.

Qualifications

• Extremely organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone and by email.
• Friendly, professional and genuinely customer focused.
• Proactive and able to follow things through without needing constant direction.
• Calm when schedules change or things do not go exactly to plan.
• Comfortable working with different teams and personalities.
• Confident using computers, calendars and general office systems.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling customer installations, site inspections and site visits
• Coordinating our installation teams and daily schedules
• Communicating installation dates and updates with customers
• Managing schedule changes and keeping everyone informed
• Checking that jobs are ready to proceed before scheduling
• Supporting customers following their installation
• Coordinating service enquiries and follow ups with the relevant team members
• Keeping customers updated until their enquiry or issue is resolved
• Working closely with our sales, administration and installation teams
