CJN Solar Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a confident, organised Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our phones-first team. You will answer inbound calls, book solar and battery installations, and coordinate between customers, sales reps, and install crews.

This full-time, Monday–Friday role is SEQ based in our office. If you deliver calm, professional conversations, strong attention to detail, and swift system learning, you’ll thrive and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role — bookings, scheduling, trade admin, reception, or call centre.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure and good with difficult conversations.
• Quick to learn new systems and processes.
• Solar or trades industry experience is a bonus, not a must.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound customer calls and making outbound follow-up calls.
• Booking and scheduling solar and battery installations.
• Coordinating between customers, sales reps, and install crews.
• Keeping customers updated on job progress and timelines.
• Handling reschedules, delays, and customer concerns professionally.
• CRM updates, emails, and general admin support.
