Australian Solar Designs Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized Project Administrator to join its dynamic team, supporting the project management group in coordinating solar installation projects from inception to completion.

The role requires excellent communication, meticulous records, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with salary around AUD 80,000 plus 12% super and full-time permanent status.

Qualifications

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma is required.
• At least three years of relevant project administration experience.
• Eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, coordination and execution of solar installation projects.
• Develop, review and negotiate contract variations.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts and services.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules and reports.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress and address any project issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and owners to achieve goals.
• Advise senior management on issues requiring attention.
• Oversee contractor work and report on variations.
• Prepare and review project submissions and reports.
• Collect and analyze project data and report outcomes.
• Process project-related paperwork and permits.
• Support budgeting and timeline tracking.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
