Qualifications

• Experience in a trade, construction or field-based industry preferred.
• Previous scheduling, coordination or operations experience.
• Strong phone-based customer service or support background.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end scheduling for solar and battery installations.
• Build installation calendars and manage installer capacity.
• Confirm site readiness and pre-install requirements.
• Maintain relationships with subcontracted installers.
• Align availability, expectations and job requirements.
• Coordinate materials and logistics with suppliers.
• Provide proactive updates to customers throughout the process.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Manage customer data in the CRM with attention to detail.
• Identify issues early and resolve quickly.
• Support customers with post-sale queries.
• Drive positive customer outcomes daily.
