Job summary

Harvey Norman Commercial is seeking a motivated Full Time Solar Operations and Scheduling Coordinator to join the Solar team at Taren Point, NSW. You will manage project workflows, liaise with customers and installers, and coordinate high-quality solar installations.

The role requires strong organisational skills and clear communication with customers, installers, suppliers and internal teams. Experience with SimPRO is beneficial while solar knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Confirm customer order details, system specs, and site info prior to scheduling.
• Coordinate installations with installers, site supervisors, and internal teams.
• Liaise with supervisors and confirm delivery dates; arrange product deliveries as required.
• Maintain accurate job records in SimPRO and manage pre-installation approvals.
• Support customers during installation, service calls, and post-installation support.
