You'll solve problems, chase down answers, and make sure every customer gets a real result, not just a response. About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Support Consultant who has a strong drive to find the real answers, not just the easy one. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturers and installers to keep issues moving from first contact through to resolution.

You’ll diagnose and investigate technical issues, process warranty claims, and support customers through post-sale queries, all while keeping our CRM accurate and our partners onside. This role suits someone who loves solving problems, thrives on the phone, and enjoys turning a frustrated customer into a happy one.

This is a full‑time, office‑based role in North Sydney (2 minutes from the station, 5 minutes from the Metro).

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide a high level of service to our customers, every call


• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls


• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and installers


• Diagnose technical issues relating to Solar and Battery Systems


• Process warranty claims with manufacturers


• Manage customer data with exceptional accuracy in our CRM
