Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking a Supervisory professional to lead electrical activities on a major renewable energy project in NSW. You will oversee day-to-day supervision of electrical crews and subcontractors, ensure installation of PV arrays, HV/LV systems, and grid connections, and maintain compliance with Australian standards and WHS.

You will coordinate work sequencing, documentation and QA/QC, while partnering with PMs, engineers and HSE teams to manage risks and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification and NSW electrical licence required.
• Proven experience as a Supervisor on large-scale construction projects, renewables or HV desirable.
• Strong leadership and IPD-style coordination skills with diverse site teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to electrical crews, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Oversee installation of DC, AC and HV systems including PV arrays, inverters, switchgear, transformers and grid‑connection infrastructure.
• Coordinate work sequencing, allocation and progress tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with Australian Standards, network requirements, WHS legislation and project specifications.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and maintain detailed documentation.
• Work with Project Managers, Engineers and HSE teams to manage risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to site safety and support commissioning activities.
