Job summary

EnerMech in Sydney is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our on-site team. You will lead a skilled crew to install, maintain, modify, test and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires HV experience, EEHA training, and Cert 3 in Instrumentation and Electrotechnology. You will plan and schedule works, manage QA/QC documentation, and work within SAP or equivalent systems on a 14 days on, 7 days off roster.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor.
• EEHA training and experience.
• HV experience.
• Strong safety culture and leading by example.
• Ability to plan and schedule multiple works.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, modify, test and troubleshoot electrical & instrumentation systems.
• Prepare and submit QA/QC documentation including hazardous area checks.
• Plan work packs and deliver to final completion with safe, efficient team execution.
