Airswift is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Electrical) for a large-scale solar farm project in Canberra Region, ACT. This contract role includes a daily site allowance and hands-on leadership across construction, safety, and quality delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in site-based supervision, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ITPs, quality records, and project reporting. Australian work rights required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership position.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in site-based construction supervision.
• Experience reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality records, method statements, construction work packs and project reporting.
• Experience on BESS, substation, high‑voltage or transmission projects will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a large-scale solar farm project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, mining, or industrial projects. The role is offered on a contract basis and includes a daily site allowance.
