Renewable Energy Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to drive HV construction delivery across solar, wind, and BESS projects in NSW. You will lead crews and subcontractors, manage safety and quality, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with engineering and commissioning teams.

Role requires strong HV background, electrical trade or engineering qualification, and willingness to travel across NSW, QLD and VIC.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HV electrical construction on renewables projects.
• Proven leadership of site crews and subcontractors.
• Strong safety and quality focus with on-time delivery.
• Willingness to travel across NSW, QLD and VIC.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical construction delivery across HV, solar, wind and BESS projects.
• Own site safety leadership and zero-harm culture.
• Plan programs, resources, and materials to hit milestones.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and labour allocation.
• Oversee HV installation, cabling, terminations and energisation.
• Coordinate with engineering, design and commissioning teams.
• Drive QA, ITP compliance and inspections.
• Manage budgets, progress claims, and variations.
• Liaise with clients and network operators on site deliveries.
