Job summary

You will lead crews and subcontractors, manage safety and quality, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with engineering and commissioning teams.

Role requires strong HV background, electrical trade or engineering qualification, and willingness to travel across NSW, QLD and VIC.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction delivery across HV, solar, wind and BESS projects.
• Own site safety leadership and zero-harm culture.
• Plan programs, resources, and materials to hit milestones.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and labour allocation.
• Oversee HV installation, cabling, terminations and energisation.
• Coordinate with engineering, design and commissioning teams.
• Drive QA, ITP compliance and inspections.
• Manage budgets, progress claims, and variations.
• Liaise with clients and network operators on site deliveries.
