Job summary

DT Infrastructure is delivering critical energy infrastructure in Australia, including a major utility-scale solar project in NSW. We are seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead ground electrical construction activities, reporting to the Construction Manager, and ensuring safe, high-quality work within the project schedule.

This site-based role (DIDO) on a large renewable project offers a 14/7 roster with accommodation and allowances where applicable.

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade qualification/license is required.
• Proven leadership and contractor management under challenging conditions.
• Experience as Electrical Superintendent or Senior Supervisor on large construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily electrical construction activities and supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Drive the project schedule for key milestones (piling, array installation, cabling, inverter stations, grid connection).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and quality standards on site.
• Oversee installation quality and adherence to EPC contract specs and designs.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, grid authorities and management to resolve RFIs and site clashes.
