My Guardian is seeking a dynamic SIL Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our SIL properties and accommodation services. Reporting directly to the General Manager – Operations, you will manage a team of House Team Leaders, drive person-centred support delivery, manage operational budgets, and maintain gold-standard NDIS compliance across all sites.

Formación

Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, Human Services or Management.
Experience leading SIL or complex disability accommodation services.
Experience supervising team leaders or senior support workers.

Responsabilidades

Lead day-to-day operations across allocated SIL sites.
Supervise House Team Leaders with performance reviews and coaching.
Drive person-centred care and participant goals.
Oversee rostering, workforce planning, agency usage and budgets.
Plan and facilitate participant programs.
Ensure NDIS compliance, incident reporting, WHS risk and site audits.
Engage stakeholders including participants, families, professionals and regulators.
