Be Recruitment Company is seeking a Disability Services Manager to lead multiple SIL services across Sydney. This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing frontline teams, strengthening service quality and driving sustainable growth within an established NDIS provider.

You will be a people-focused operational leader with deep knowledge of NDIS practices, budgets and safeguarding. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career progression and ongoing professional development.

Competenze

• Experience leading NDIS and disability services operations.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and participant funding.
• Experience rostering and staffing across multiple sites.
