Nexa Care is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead service delivery across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) environments in Victoria. You will oversee day-to-day operations, workforce performance and participant outcomes, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards while promoting safe, person-centred support across multiple sites.

• Diploma or higher qualification in business, health, disability or management is required.
• Experience in disability services within an NDIS environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements.
• Proven decision-making, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across SIL and SDA environments with focus on participant needs and risk management.
• Lead House Managers, supervise staff training, induction and performance.
• Coordinate referrals, intake, transitions and service readiness.
• Ensure incident review, safeguarding, and routine reporting are conducted.
