My Guardian is seeking a dynamic SIL Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our allocated SIL properties and accommodation services in NSW. Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you will manage a team of House Team Leaders, ensure person-centred support delivery, maintain NDIS compliance, and drive operational budgets with a focus on safety and quality care.

You will foster strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders while upholding

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, Human Services, Management, or equivalent.
• Proven SIL or complex disability accommodation leadership with supervising team leaders.
• Deep knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct, active support, safeguarding.
• Experience supporting participants with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
• Skilled in roster management, budget oversight, incident investigations, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Australian Driver's Licence, and unrestricted right to work in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Operational leadership across SIL sites and safety.
• Lead House Team Leaders through performance reviews and coaching.
• Drive person-centred care respecting participant goals.
• Oversee rostering, workforce planning, agency usage, and budgeting.
• Program enriching activities including day and holiday programs.
• Lead audit preparations and maintain WHS compliance.
• Represent services to participants, families, allied health and regulators.
