Job summary

Tradway Furniture is seeking an organized Operations Associate to manage daily orders from our website and showroom. You’ll plan deliveries, coordinate with suppliers, and keep Shopify data accurate while assisting customers on the showroom floor.

You’ll report to the Managing Director and help free up time for growth initiatives. Monday to Friday, 8:00–4:00, no weekends; room to grow into an Operations Manager role within a small, growing team.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who runs their day after training.
• Attention to detail to prevent expensive errors with large-ticket furniture.
• Tech-savvy with quick adoption of new software; Shopify/Cin7 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders from the website and showroom.
• Book delivery days with customers and plan runs with the delivery team.
• Place orders and coordinate pickups from local suppliers.
• Maintain stock and order data accuracy in Shopify.
• Resolve issues before customers escalate.
• Answer phone and manage shared inboxes in Google Workspace.
• Handle delivery changes, missing parts, warranty issues.
