Job summary

Love Talent Solutions is seeking a hands-on Shopify professional to manage daily order queues, fulfilment, and customer communications in a fast‑paced eCommerce environment.

You will handle order processing, packing, shipping documentation, courier coordination and inventory accuracy, while providing excellent service across email, phone and online channels. A flexible, school-hours friendly setting is offered with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Shopify experience across order processing, fulfilment, tracking, returns and refunds.
• Experience within eCommerce fulfilment, online retail operations or a similar environment.
• Experience using Interparcel and SellerDash or the ability to quickly learn comparable platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, even when order volumes increase.
• Clear and friendly written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence dealing with couriers, delivery exceptions and competing priorities.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently within a small team.
• The physical capacity to stand, walk and safely lift or carry items weighing up to 15-20 kg.

Responsibilities

Job description

This role sits at the heart of the online customer experience. You'll keep Shopify orders moving, packages heading out the door and customers informed along the way. Approximately 75% of your role will focus on eCommerce operations and fulfilment, with the remaining 25% dedicated to customer service.

Key responsibilities

Managing the daily Shopify order queue and keeping fulfilment on schedule

Picking, checking and packing orders accurately and to brand standards

Producing shipping labels, manifests and dispatch documentation

Booking couriers, coordinating collections and resolving delivery issues

Updating order statuses, tracking details and customer notes in Shopify

Managing returns, exchanges, refunds and reshipments

Monitoring order holds, failed payments, address issues and other exceptions

About you

Salary of $60,000 + superannuation, based on full-time equivalent hours
