Job summary

Carolina Lifestyle is seeking an organized Ecommerce Coordinator with strong Shopify experience to manage and grow our online store. You will upload products, optimize descriptions, manage collections, and ensure accurate stock and SEO while collaborating with Marketing and external partners.

The role requires at least 2 years in marketing/ecommerce, a keen eye for visual presentation, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced fashion/beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Shopify experience.
• Experience managing an ecommerce website.
• At least 2 years' experience in marketing, ecommerce or a related role.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, retail or related consumer industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Carolina Lifestyle Shopify website.
• Add and remove products, banners, features and other website content.
• Maintain accurate and engaging product listings and descriptions.
• Ensure products are correctly assigned to collections and properly positioned.
• Handle SEO, discounts, and website merchandising.
• Collaborate with Marketing on content, campaigns and influencer activity.
• Coordinate photography and visual content when required.
• Support inventory accuracy and reporting to the GM.
