Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or social media management.
• Proven ability to drive online sales and deliver commercial results.
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms, social media and digital advertising.
• Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, email marketing and content creation.
• Confident using Canva, Adobe or AI-powered creative tools.
• Organised, proactive and creative; fashion or accessories experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital marketing strategies that generate B2B wholesale leads and increase B2C online sales.
• Manage and optimise our Shopify website, product listings, promotions and online merchandising.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant social media channels.
• Create engaging product imagery, graphics, reels and short-form videos.
• Plan and execute digital advertising, SEO and email marketing campaigns.
• Improve website traffic, customer acquisition, conversion rates and repeat purchases.
• Track sales and campaign performance, and work with the sales team to deliver measurable growth.
