Job summary

Renovation Kingdom in Sydney is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimise our online store from Taren Point. This full-time, on-site role focuses on accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions across channels.

You will analyse sales data, drive traffic and conversions through online campaigns, and collaborate with customer service and showroom teams to deliver a seamless online-to-offline experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce metrics, sales data, and customer behavior, and to make data-driven recommendations.
• Solid customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and delivering a positive online shopping experience.
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms and online merchandising, including managing product listings, pricing, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions on the online store across channels.
• Monitor website performance and analyse sales and customer behaviour to optimise conversions.
• Coordinate online campaigns to drive traffic and conversions, in close collaboration with customer service and showroom teams.
• Generate regular reports and identify opportunities for improvement, supporting new ecommerce features and processes.
