Job summary

TALENTD Recruitment represents a rapidly growing jewellery brand that has expanded to 70+ stores and four websites (AU, NZ, South Africa and the UK). They need a senior digital and ecommerce lead to own online growth, set strategy, and build the team around it.

The role requires deep Shopify experience, a strong trading mindset, and the ability to drive CRM, CRO, SEO and paid media across multiple markets while aligning campaigns with in-store activity.

Qualifications

• Proven Ecommerce Manager or Head of Ecommerce experience.
• Deep Shopify experience and strong trading mindset.
• Ability to work both on strategy and in detail.
• Experience leading teams or managing agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of Shopify sites across markets.
• Set digital, ecommerce and CX strategy and execute.
• Build and lead the digital/ecommerce team.
• Drive trading, merchandising, CRO and SEO.
• Lead CRM, email and loyalty programs with a retention focus.
• Oversee paid media and manage agencies/dev partners.
• Coordinate online and in-store campaigns across 70+ stores.

I'm working with one of the fastest-growing jewellery brands in the country. Founded by the team behind one of Australia's best-known retail success stories, they've gone from launch to 70+ stores and four websites (AU, NZ, South Africa and the UK) in under two years.

They need a senior digital and ecommerce lead to own online growth and build the team around it.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning the commercial performance of the Shopify sites across all markets
• Setting the digital, ecommerce and CX strategy, then rolling up your sleeves to deliver it
• Building and leading the digital and ecommerce team
• Driving trading, merchandising, CRO and SEO
• Leading CRM, email and the loyalty program, with a focus on retention and lifetime value
• Overseeing paid media and managing agency and developer partners
• Making sure online and in-store campaigns land consistently across 70+ stores

What they're after:

• A proven Ecommerce Manager or Head of Ecommerce, ideally from retail, fashion, beauty or consumer brands
• Deep Shopify experience and a strong trading mindset
• Someone equally comfortable on strategy and in the detail
• Team leadership experience, or a strong track record of leading agencies and stakeholders
• Commercial nous across budgets, ROI and reporting to senior leadership
