Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Shift Leader in Australia to guide a fast-paced crew and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead, coach, and motivate the team while upholding strict food safety and quality standards, setting the tone for daily operations.

You will be responsible for supporting rostering, training, and maintaining a positive work environment, with opportunities for career progression within the brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of outstanding customer service.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate completed or willingness to complete.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol course completed or willingness to undertake

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to deliver great guest experiences.
