Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Sydney is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced crew, coach and motivate the team, and elevate the guest experience, while upholding food safety and quality standards to ensure every guest receives the best. You will lead by example, manage daily operations, support training, and help create a positive work environment.

Applicants should have leadership experience, strong customer service and readiness to complete Food Safety Supervisor and Responsible Service of Alcohol

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
