Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to drive guest experiences and uphold food safety and quality standards across a fast-paced kitchen and service area.

You will lead, coach and motivate the crew, delivering consistent service, training new staff and supporting rostering and operational excellence. This role offers opportunities for development within a lively Australian brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding customer service track record.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate or willingness to complete.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol course or willingness to undertake.
