Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and motivate the team, uphold food safety and quality standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach staff, maintain smooth daily operations, and contribute to a positive culture while meeting brand expectations across shifts in NSW.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
