Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader in Perth to lead, coach and motivate the team, ensuring guest experience remains top notch while upholding food safety and quality standards. You will drive operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate or willingness to obtain.
• RSOA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) course completed or willing to undertake
