Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader in Sydney to lead and coach our team, ensuring top guest experiences while maintaining food safety and quality. You will drive operational excellence and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Completion or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completion or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver amazing guest experiences.
• Coach and develop crew to maintain service standards and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards at all times.
