Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team during closing shifts (up to 1am) at our Guzman y Gomez location. You will lead, coach, and motivate crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding stringent food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Completion or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Completion or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
