Job summary

Zone IT Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect – Technology Workflows to design, develop, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITOM and ITAM. Based in Melbourne/Sydney, you will lead architecture, platform development, and integrations, guiding customers and delivery teams to successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly Technology Workflows.
• Expertise in architecting and implementing ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM solutions.
• Experience with ITOM Visibility, Health & Optimisation, HAM and SAM.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, development, workflow automation, and platform standards.
• Experience with authentication and authorisation technologies such as SSO and OAuth.
• Ability to design and communicate solutions using visual models, workflows, architecture diagrams, and wireframes.
• Experience in technical consulting, solution design, estimation, and customer-facing discussions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, contribute as a team member, and lead technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Technical Consulting: Act as domain expert in Technology Workflows (ITOM/ITAM).
• Solution Architecture: Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Explain complex concepts clearly to stakeholders and partners.
• Technical Documentation: Develop design docs, test strategies, and handover materials.
• Platform Development: Configure and develop automation workflows and integrations.
• Quality Assurance: Provide technical oversight and ensure quality standards.
• Pre-Sales Support: Lead scoping, design, and effort estimation.
• Innovation and Best Practices: Contribute accelerators and reusable frameworks.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor colleagues and guide delivery quality.
• Customer Focus: Understand challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Agile Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
