Job summary

ASX seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the design, build, and support of digital engagement across ASX services. You will establish technical designs for data-driven, secure, and resilient services, collaborating with a full-stack team to realize modern experiences for internal and external stakeholders.

You will drive ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, ATF delivery, automate workflows, and manage CMDB quality while supporting upgrades and platform improvements in a hybrid work setup across Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading implementation, integration, and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• App development experience translating requirements to code.
• System administration in UNIX and Windows environments.
• Consulting on credentials, permissions and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, REST.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ATF knowledge.
• Experience across application lifecycle phases from requirements to deployment.
• Excellent communication with management and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of ServiceNow solution delivery.
• Develop, implement, and support ITSM, ATF, and ITOM platform.
• Automate workflows and manage integrations.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance and incident management.
• Manage platform changes/releases and respond to questions.
• Design ITOM apps aligned with ASX strategy.
• Ensure quality CMDB data and alignment with CSDM.
• Contribute to upgrades, patches, and rollout of modules.
