Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking expressions of interest for a ServiceNow Developer, ITSM Consultant, or Architect to implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, driving automation and delivering IT services across the business.

You will design modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and integrate with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP while aligning with ITIL best practices and Agile methods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementations and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge.
• Familiarity with HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, APM and related modules.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions).
• Experience building integrations via REST, SOAP, and Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Design and configure ITSM modules and related components based on business needs.
• Develop integrations with REST, SOAP, and other services.
• Implement workflows, rules, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Provide post-implementation support and documentation.
• Assist with upgrades and new releases to enhance functionality.
