Cognizant in Melbourne seeks an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Lead to drive strategy, architecture and delivery of IT Operations Management capabilities across large enterprise environments.

The role spans platform leadership, solution architecture, and critical operational support, owning Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, ITOM Health and CMDB foundations to deliver accurate service visibility and proactive incident response.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering and supporting ServiceNow ITOM solutions in large enterprises.
• Strong architectural and leadership capabilities across ITOM domains.
• Proven ability to drive strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for complex ITOM programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow ITOM capability including Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
• Define and maintain the ITOM roadmap aligned with customer objectives and ServiceNow evolution.
• Provide architectural leadership for complex ITOM implementations across multi-cloud and hybrid infra.
• Establish delivery standards, governance, QA processes, and best practices for ITOM.
• Mentor teams and shape future direction of ITOM solutions within the organisation.
