Job summary

Department: Applications and Platform Management – Parramatta NSW is seeking a System Administrator (ServiceNow) to provide functional, technical and administrative support for the NSW DCJ enterprise service management platform. You will help maintain platform performance, enhance workflows and support users across the organisation.

The role requires ServiceNow experience, collaboration in a high-volume ICT team, and availability for after-hours work to ensure service continuity and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a high-volume team environment.
• Availability to perform after-hours work when required to support service continuity and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure and monitor the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and enhance forms, workflows and automated processes.
• Manage user access, permissions and security settings.
• Produce reports and insights to support operational decision-making.
• Support platform upgrades, testing and system improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to stakeholders.
