Job summary

Transport For NSW is seeking a Systems Administrator for the Safety & Asset domain in Parramatta. You will support and enhance both existing and new business systems, working across BAU and project workstreams.

The role involves incident management, deployments, and on-call duties within a hybrid office setting. You should bring 5+ years in a similar role and 10+ years in technology, with experience in middleware, cloud environments, and enterprise tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a similar role, and 10+ years working within technology.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and tools to support project delivery and service management.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, Unix, VMWare, Kubernetes, cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for ongoing support, maintenance, monitoring and enhancement of application and infrastructure environments.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, deployments and upgrades across dev/test/prod environments.
• Act as a primary operational contact for business stakeholders and collaborate with project teams and vendors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and resilience.
