Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to own the day-to-day health and performance of a complex platform supporting IT and enterprise service delivery.

You will join the MyService Platform Team, focus on core administration, security and governance, and collaborate with analysts, developers and vendors to maintain stability and drive continuous improvement across modules.

Qualifications

• Experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong platform administration, security, access and instance management.
• Experience supporting multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Hands-on with workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies.
• Proactive troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor health and performance of the ServiceNow platform and respond to issues before users are impacted.
• Administer core platform functions including users, roles, groups and security controls.
• Maintain platform stability through incident resolution, root cause analysis and preventative fixes.
• Support configurations including workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies.
• Ensure platform security, compliance and governance standards.
• Assist with upgrades, patches and releases, including validation and impact assessment.
• Troubleshoot platform defects with internal teams and vendors.
• Provide responsive support to platform users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through optimisation and automation opportunities.
