This leadership role focuses on balancing people management, customer relationships and continuous improvement to drive service excellence and business growth.

• Proven experience leading service operations, field service, maintenance, logistics, or asset-based operations.
• Strong people leadership and team development capability.
• Experience managing service delivery across multiple locations.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance service outcomes and cost control.

• Experience managing contractors, suppliers or service partners.
• Ability to build credibility with customers and internal stakeholders alike.
