Troocoo is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Service Team Lead to oversee operational performance, customer service delivery, equipment reliability and field-based teams across a geographically diverse service network.

As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Service Team Lead to drive service excellence, support team performance and ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a service or operations professional who enjoys balancing people leadership, customer relationships, continuous improvement and operational outcomes.

About the Opportunity

This is a broad and autonomous leadership position responsible for the performance of a growing service operation. You will lead a team of technicians, oversee installations, manage subcontractor relationships and ensure high levels of service delivery across multiple locations. Success in this role will come from your ability to improve operational efficiency, maintain strong customer relationships, drive team performance and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
