Core Talent is seeking a Service Manager to own and lead a high-performing service department in Australia. You will drive operational efficiency, balance people management with service delivery, and deliver strong client outcomes across reactive, preventative, and project works.

Lead field technicians, coordinators, and admin teams while managing scheduling, quotes, and invoicing. Ensure safety compliance and maintain profitable service delivery through effective cost control and stakeholder

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Service supervisor or Operations Manager in technical/industrial service sectors.
• Strong leadership with field and office teams.
• Commercial acumen with job costing, estimating, and schedulers (CRM/ERP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Commitment to WHS, safety, and compliance with Australian standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and foster a safety-first, high-performance culture across field technicians, coordinators, subcontractors, and admin teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across reactive service, preventative maintenance, warranty repairs, and system upgrades to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive technician utilization, optimize workload balance, and manage after-hours coverage and site allocations.
• Scope works, prepare competitive quotations, conduct site assessments, and support key tender submissions.
• Act as the escalation point, build strong client relationships, and identify lifecycle upgrade opportunities.
• Ensure accurate job invoicing, oversee stock/asset management, and drive cost-effective service outcomes.
• Enforce strict adherence to Australian Standards, WHS compliance, SWMS documentation, and trade licensing.
