Qualifications

• Experienced Service Manager or operational leader with strong service delivery knowledge.
• Experience in dealership, OEM, mining, heavy equipment, automotive or agricultural machinery.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Gladstone Service Department, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery.
• Manage budgets, WIP, quotations and warranty processes while building customer relationships.
• Visit key customers regionally and identify service growth opportunities.
