Komatsu Australia is seeking a Service Supervisor to join the Gladstone team, bringing leadership and operational management across Workshop and Field Service. You will oversee about 32 team members, focusing on scheduling, coaching and developing people, managing WIP, forecasting and reporting on productivity and utilisation, and supporting customers when escalation is needed.

We're looking for a Service Supervisor to join our Gladstone team, bringing together technical knowledge, a genuine passion for people and a commitment to delivering great outcomes for our customers.

This is a people leadership and operational management role, rather than a hands-on technical position. You'll oversee approximately 32 team members across Workshop and Field Service, with four Leading Hands reporting directly to you. Your focus will be on scheduling, coaching and developing people, managing WIP, forecasting and reporting on productivity and utilisation, and supporting customers when issues need escalation.

What we are looking for:

Your experience doesn't necessarily need to come from mining or construction equipment. We're interested in hearing from people with backgrounds in heavy vehicle, agriculture, road transport, automotive and other technical service environments.
