Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd in Gladstone is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our workshop and field service teams. This role focuses on people management, scheduling and delivering great service outcomes for customers.

You will oversee about 32 team members, with four Leading Hands reporting directly to you, and drive coaching, WIP management, forecasting and productivity reporting while escalating issues when required.

Qualifications

• Relevant mechanical trade qualification, including mechanical fitting.
• Experience supervising or coordinating people in a technical environment.
• Background in workshop or field service operations.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 32 team members across Workshop and Field Service.
• Lead scheduling, coaching and people development.
• Manage WIP, forecast productivity and utilisation.
• Support customers when issues need escalation.
