Komatsu Australia is seeking a Service Supervisor in Gladstone to lead a team of around 32 across Workshop and Field Service. This role focuses on scheduling, coaching and developing people, managing WIP, forecasting productivity, and supporting customers on escalations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coordinating people in a technical or trades-based environment.
• Background in workshop, field service, fleet maintenance or similar operations.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ~32 team members across Workshop and Field Service including four Leading Hands.
• Schedule, coach and develop staff; manage WIP and productivity metrics.
• Forecast and report on utilisation; support customers when issues escalate.
• Lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives in operations.
