Komatsu Australia is seeking a Service Supervisor to join the Gladstone team, bringing leadership and operational management across Workshop and Field Service. You will oversee about 32 team members, focusing on scheduling, coaching and developing people, managing WIP, forecasting and reporting on productivity and utilisation, and supporting customers when escalation is needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant mechanical trade qualification, including mechanical fitting.
• Experience supervising, leading or coordinating people in a technical environment.
• Background in workshop, field service, fleet maintenance or similar service operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach, support and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee approx. 32 team members across Workshop and Field Service.
• Schedule work and coach/develop people to improve performance.
• Manage WIP, forecast and report productivity and utilisation.
• Support customers when issues require escalation.
