Job summary

Komatsu Australia seeks a Service Manager to lead the Gladstone Service Department, overseeing workshop, field and embedded services. This role focuses on people leadership, safety, service delivery and the commercial performance of a busy operation.

You will report to the Branch Manager, manage budgets and quoting, and nurture long-term customer relationships while exploring growth opportunities across the region. The role is Monday–Friday, based in Gladstone, QLD.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service delivery in a dealership, OEM, or equipment-focused business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Gladstone Service Department and oversee people, safety and service delivery.
• Manage budgets, profitability, WIP, quoting and warranty processes.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new service growth opportunities.
• Visit key customers across the region and drive continuous improvement.
