Leidos Australia is seeking a Service Management Lead to drive service management across ITSM, operations and governance during capture and transition. You will shape operating models and establish processes for complex government and enterprise environments.

You will lead continuity from design to delivery, enabling low-risk transitions and continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled approaches. A strong track record in large-scale service transitions is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in ITSM, service operations and service transformation within complex managed services environments.
• Knowledge of contemporary service delivery approaches across government and/or enterprise environments.
• Ability to design practical service operating models, governance frameworks and service management processes aligned to customer outcomes.
• Experience supporting or leading large-scale service transitions, mobilisation and service establishment activities.
• Knowledge of how service providers structure and deliver modern managed service outcomes, with the ability to identify meaningful areas of differentiation.
• Understanding of how AI and automation can be applied to improve service management and operational outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Shape a credible, practical service management model across ITSM, service operations, governance and service delivery.
• Work across capture and solution development to identify improvements to traditional service delivery approaches, including opportunities to apply AI and automation.
• Design operating models, governance frameworks and service management processes suited to complex government and enterprise environments.
• Provide continuity from solution design into delivery, leading service establishment activities and supporting a low-risk transition following contract award.
