Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Service Management Lead to provide leadership during capture and shape an operating model that gives customers confidence in how services will transition, operate and continuously improve.

You will shape a credible service management model across ITSM, service operations, governance and service delivery, and work across capture and solution development to apply AI and automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in ITSM, service operations and transformation within complex managed services environments.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical operating models.
• Strong governance design and service management process planning.
• Knowledge of AI/automation applications to improve service outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape a credible, practical service management model across ITSM, service operations, governance and service delivery.
• Collaborate across capture and solution development to identify improvements and opportunities to apply AI and automation.
• Design operating models and governance frameworks for complex government and enterprise environments.
• Provide continuity from solution design into delivery, leading service establishment activities and a low-risk transition after contract award.
