Leidos Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Service Management Lead to provide service management leadership during capture and to shape an operating model that gives customers confidence in how services will transition, operate and continuously improve.

You will shape a credible service management model across ITSM, service operations, governance and delivery, and identify improvements with AI and automation. You’ll enable continuity from solution design into delivery, guiding transitions with risk

Qualificações

Experience in ITSM and service operations within complex managed services.
Ability to translate requirements into practical operating models.
Experience supporting large-scale service transitions and mobilisations.
Knowledge of governance frameworks and service management processes.
Understanding of applying AI and automation to service management.

Responsabilidades

Shape a credible service management model across ITSM, operations, governance and delivery.
Identify improvements to traditional service delivery with AI and automation.
Design operating models and governance for complex environments.
Lead service establishment activities and low-risk transitions after contract award.
